Tanking - Does it exist anymore?
Not sure what it is, but does anyone know how to tank anymore?
Some Helpful Tips: Tanking is simple, lure mobs to just outside the rest of the teams bubble. If you see green inside yours you walked back too far. If you accidently pull 3 groups, dont run back to the monk for shelter. You have the highest armor and defensive skills for a reason. Frenzy does not make you a better tank, also, when you have your frenzy activated don't try and compinsate for the damage you are taking with heal signet. Don't insist on bringing your monk hero because they carry mending for you. If you pay attention you will see that they just dont know how to maintain it. The aggro is not controlled when you have all the mobs attacking you, but your team is dead and you didnt bring rez. Don't blame the monk for letting you die when you used sprint to get past scores of mobs only to find that you hit a dead end. Also, if your ele, necro, and monk refuse to sprint through mobs its not cause they are n00b, its cause they dont sprint. Don't brag about your sup3r nOObz0rs 5mash0r5 build, when it doesn't work... as a warrior an acceptable excuse is not because you didnt put enough points into expertise.../boogle Don't stand around clicking which weapon you have equiped, nobody cares that you got a purple req 19 crystalline sword with 3% damage vs hexed. I also dont care that you still have X amount of ecto left in your storage after that amazing purchase. Oh, btw all of this happened today. And it makes me sad. |
